Diamond Controls
Diamond Controls is a Leak Detection and Trace Heating specialist. Its head office is in Norwich and work is primarily undertaken in London.
They recognised the need for a consistent marketing voice and wanted to grow the business after the introduction of new services. They did not have an in-house marketing resource and so called on the services of New View Marketing.
I have provided the resource, planning and advice to fulfil their marketing activities. This has included copywriting, social media management, project management of external marketing services including two new websites and literature design, eshots and a full suite of digital marketing materials. As part of my work, I have also put together marketing strategies and plans to launch a new e-commerce brand to the group called https://traceheatingsupplies.com
Website visits have increased by more than 300% and we’ve made some impressive improvements in search engine positioning for key terms. Enquiries have tripled since I have been working with them and LinkedIn company page followers have also grown three-fold. My work, along with a driven in-house team including business development and project management, meant that 2021 was the best year the business has had in its 20 year history and 2022 is set to surpass this.
Diamond Services (EA) Ltd
Diamond Services is the East Anglian arm of the Diamond Controls group and is a commercial electrical contractor.
In order to grow this business as a separate entity and to generate new sales leads in the wide range of services available, New View Marketing has been working on a wide range of marketing activities.
My services have involved the strategy and implementation of a marketing plan, a brand-new website for the business, digital assets including branding, copywriting, blog posts and social media management. Following the launch of their new website, I have fully optimised the site using SEO best practice to assist with Google visibility and set-up targeted pay per click campaigns to promote their electrical services, achieving a 8% click through rate (the average for adwords campaigns is 2%). Quality enquiries have been achieved across all business areas including a growth in electric chargepoint installation, one of the goals of the business.
Electric Wheels
Electric Wheels is revolutionising the utility vehicle marketplace with affordable, fully electric all-terrain vehicles that are available to buy or hire. While working with the business I acted as their marketing manager, planning the marketing strategy, budget, and brand-building activities.

Hulbert West Financial Planners
Working with a freelancer designer, I project managed the creation of a brand new website for the business. My role included copywriting, SEO best practice and the seamless transition to a new domain name. For this project we used the Wordpress platform to deliver a modern, creative site that reflects the new brand look for the company.

Kestrel Kitchens
Kestrel Kitchens is Norfolk’s premier kitchen manufacturer, offering luxury kitchens, bathrooms and furniture hand-built in their workshop in Norfolk.
I provide ongoing support in social media and content creation across Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business. I am also involved in providing strategic digital marketing advice to the business.

Norfolk County Council
I have been appointed as a Go Digital Advisor for the local council with a remit to provide strategic digital marketing consultancy advice to small businesses in the area.
As part of my role, I work with businesses looking to grow their use of digital technologies to help market their business. Following a consultation with the client, I provide a digital marketing audit and marketing plan along with easy-to-follow support and advice. I’ve worked with a vast range of businesses, completing over 30 projects for the Council to date. Industry sectors have included retail, hospitality, business services and healthcare to name just a few.
MagiKats Tuition Centre
MagiKats offer maths and English tuition workshops for children of all ages. As a national franchise, I have worked with the head office and several franchisees providing marketing support including social media content creation and marketing planning advice. This has included seasonal and promotional campaigns aimed to improve brand awareness of their services on a local and national level. Learn more about MagiKats.
Gumtree Car Guides & Lifestyle Hub
Working as part of a freelance writing group I’ve prepared more than forty articles and reviews for Gumtree’s car-buying hub. This has included how-to articles, thoroughly researched car reviews, and advice guides on different types of vehicles.
I’ve also been involved in uploading this SEO friendly content to the WordPress platform and performed proof reading and consistency checks across the site. Most recently, I have been providing search engine optimisation support for the site across their motors and lifestyle hubs.
Stubbs Homes
Stubbs Homes is a home extension specialist based in Southampton. I’ve been providing marketing support to the family-run business including a new website design and copywriting, marketing strategy and ongoing marketing activities such as Google Ads and social media content.
TPTracker
TPTracker is a software specialist working with social housing providers and charities to help improve communication and engagement with their clients. They looked to New View Marketing to provide a strategic review of their marketing, including marketing plan and implementation, logo design, website copywriting and SEO best practice.

The Flower House
The Flower House is an independent local florist offering exquisite bouquets and gifts. The owner was looking for a reliable resource to help complete regular content and image updates to ensure customers can easily order online the full range of the products on offer.
This has included bespoke options for seasonal promotions, workshops, and funeral flowers, as well as celebration and gift bouquets.

Enhance Power offer home solar PV and battery storage installation in Southampton and the surrounding areas. I have been working with the family run business to enhance their marketing.
