£500 Go Digital Voucher Marketing Support Package
Norfolk County Council has been running its Go Digital Scheme for a number of years, offering eligible businesses and charities free consultancy, with a £500 grant available to help implement recommendations from their digital action plans. As an advisor on the programme, I know just how valuable the action plans can be, providing small businesses in particular with a clear framework and direction to take their business forward.
From digital advice to real marketing activity
The Go Digital voucher is an opportunity to move beyond simply identifying what your business could improve. With the right plan, it can help you take meaningful steps towards a stronger online presence.
For example, your voucher-funded activity could help you:
Improve your website – make sure it reflects your business, is easy to navigate and gives potential customers a clear reason to get in touch.
Build your search engine visibility – identify opportunities to improve your website content and make it easier for customers to find you online.
Create a more consistent social media presence – develop content ideas and a practical plan that you can manage alongside running your business.
Strengthen your marketing strategy – understand your target audience, review what you’re already doing and prioritise the activities most likely to support your goals.
Get hands-on support – work through the recommendations with an experienced marketing professional, rather than being left with a report and a long list of tasks.
These are examples of the types of activities that may be suitable for your business and are all available under New View Marketing’s Marketing Support Package. The best use of your voucher will depend on your business goals and the recommendations in your digital action plan.
A flexible approach that works for smaller businesses
I understand that most small businesses don’t need a large agency or a costly long-term retainer. Sometimes you need a fresh pair of eyes, a clear plan and a little help getting things done.
My approach is to work with you to understand your business, support the opportunities identified within your Go Digital plan and focus on practical marketing activity that fits your goals. I can provide advice and strategy support, create content, help manage website updates or support you in carrying out the work yourself with bespoke training as part of your Go Digital business voucher grant.
Making the most of your Go Digital Voucher
After you have completed your Go Digital consultancy, you will have the opportunity to apply for the £500 Go Digital business voucher grant. The first step is to understand what your business needs most. You might already know your website needs attention, or you may need help deciding where to focus your marketing efforts.
I can help you turn those marketing needs into a clear plan and support you with the next steps. Whether that means improving your website, creating a content plan or helping you understand how to measure your marketing performance, the aim is to make your digital investment work harder for your business.
