Marketing Strategy, planning and branding

TPTracker directors Jamie and Sandy got in touch for help with their marketing strategy. The business provides cloud software that is specifically designed for social housing providers and charities. Their custom solution offers effective information management and the ability to communicate easily with their database, recording interactions and feedback with clients.

After a thorough review of their marketing and branding, I put together a marketing plan for the business. This included a proactive marketing approach that encompassed the best ways to reach their target clients. I’ve been pleased to assist with the roll-out of the plan including copywriting, social media promotion on LinkedIn, and website updates.

The business, Arena Partnership, was celebrating its 20 year anniversary and for the directors, it was a year since they took over through a management buyout. The timing was ideal to create a brand new look and name for the operation to help build brand awareness and recognition. In May 2023 Arena Partnership Ltd became TPTracker Ltd and we launched a fresh new look.

The new logo is bright and vibrant and reflects the colours of the software’s different modules. Its design is aimed to illustrate how communication is at the very heart of the business. Jamie said, “Our new look is a visual representation of the importance we place on ease of communication in all interactions. This includes our training, integrations, and support for clients, and how our clients can easily communicate with their tenants and customers.

We’re focused on championing the benefits of engagement by providing a software solution that embraces digital technology and multiple forms of communication. The new logo is engaging, modern, showcases this core value, and represents a new era for the business.”
