Quarterly Marketing Support Package
In my experience, it’s all hands on deck in a small business, leaving little time to look at the big picture. This includes evaluating your marketing activities. It’s often on the ‘to do’ list but navigating all the tools and techniques to measure performance is a real challenge.
Getting an outside perspective can also help you to gather new ideas and ensure your resources are allocated correctly.
Marketing consultants or agencies can be incredibly beneficial to facilitate this, but they also often come with lengthy, costly retainers that just aren’t viable for lots of business owners.
Quarterly reviews
To bridge this gap, I offer smaller businesses the opportunity to understand their marketing performance and work on their marketing strategy on an affordable quarterly package basis. You can receive valuable insight and knowledge from a marketing expert with over 25 years of experience across the full range of the marketing mix.
What’s included?
Every business has different needs and so we’d have an initial consultation to understand your pain points and current needs. We’ll then work through your business goals to set actionable targets. I will also make sure you have accurate tracking in place, for example, to understand website visitor traffic or lead sources. The resulting plan will include an overarching strategy with actionable tactics such as improvements to your website, social media content, and advertising.
What if I don’t have time to do the actions?
I understand you and/or your staff need to juggle many hats in your business and so we can prioritise accordingly and set a timeline that suits you. Quarterly reviews will keep you on track with tasks and the objectives we set will be regularly reviewed to ensure they still match your goals.
You may decide to action the marketing activities yourself, or delegate these to a staff member. I can organise training and mentoring so that you can reap the full benefit of my experience and knowledge to achieve the desired result. Or, alternatively, work with you more regularly to accomplish specialist areas in need of improvement e.g. updating of your website.
I can also act as a conduit for any existing suppliers you may have a relationship with, such as a website designer, to ensure all best practice measures are in place.
How much will it cost?
My quote will include a breakdown of the time I anticipate the review and strategy will take, and follow on costs, which will typically be less involved, for quarterly meetings.
Any additional costs, such as an advertising budget, will be recommended and thoroughly discussed with you so that they are within your means. There are also often lots of free or low cost actions that can be implemented to help you reach your goals too!
Do I have to subscribe for a whole year?
No. While I feel it would be very beneficial for businesses to carry out quarterly meetings with me on an ongoing basis, my marketing services are offered on an ad-hoc basis with no minimum retainers or lengthy contracts. This means if you’d like to just have the initial strategy and review of your business, or have six-monthly or annual reviews, I will still be available to support you. I want to give smaller businesses the help they need and so can be flexible to your needs and budget.
